Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Belts (due to sizing customization)
- Card Cases & Money Clips (personalized items)
- Passport Cases & Covers (security items)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a seamless returns process:

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
