Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Travel Gear Shop purchase. Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as your travel plans should be.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Certain items cannot be returned (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Belts (due to sizing customization)
  • Card Cases & Money Clips (personalized items)
  • Passport Cases & Covers (security items)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • International returns may incur higher shipping costs, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

Exchange Process

  • Follow the same return process above.
  • Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for in your email.
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
